Occupational Therapist - Staff Grade Part-time Reporting relationship The post holder is responsible to the Occupational Therapy Manager. Purpose of the role The role of the Staff Grade Occupational Therapist is to deliver a high standard of service consisting of a mixture of physical, sensory and cognitive interventions to meet the Occupational Therapy needs of residents within the Deville & Linsday unit. Staff Grade OT will work in line with service plans and objectives and within established professional standards, guidelines and policy. The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of the residents. Please note that the Staff Grade occupational therapist may be required to work in different service areas within Highfield Healthcare and to provide cross cover when required. Eligibility Criteria Possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) recognised qualification. Be fully registered with CORU. Experience in adult mental health. Previous experience in group facilitation. Experience in mental health rehabilitation Why Work with Highfield?
