Key Responsibilities Revenue & Market Share Growth: Drive and secure new revenue and market share from both existing customers and new business across the UK.
Sales Process Optimization: Lead the improvement of business development processes for specific services and products, ensuring strong sales engagement.
Proposal & Presentation Management: Assist in preparing compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and presentations, while actively monitoring sales leads and their responses.
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage annual/monthly budgets and reports, consistently achieving targeted financial goals.
Strategic Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify and unlock value creation opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations management teams to develop creative solutions for customer needs and facilitate cross-selling to increase revenue and market penetration.
Performance Evaluation: Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance, address challenges, and gather insights into future plans.
Market & Product Expertise: Provide internal marketing support and serve as a knowledge resource for all company products and services.
Financial Compliance: Implement preventative actions to ensure timely collection of payments.
Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve and exceed performance goals.
Core Responsibilities Business Growth: Accountable for generating new revenue and expanding market share from both existing and new clients. Drive enhancements in business development processes for specific services and products through strong sales engagement.

Client Performance Reviews: Conduct regular meetings with clients and operations teams for performance evaluation and future planning.
Product Marketing Support: Provide essential marketing support and product knowledge across the organization.
Payment Assurance: Implement proactive measures to ensure timely collection of payments.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed performance objectives

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of industry experience is preferred.
Professional Demeanor: Possesses a charismatic and confident personality, coupled with an exceptional work ethic.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Core Competencies: Combines excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions based on available information.
Adaptability: Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing policies and procedures.
Resilience: Capable of effectively performing and thriving under pressure.
Candidate Profile We're looking for a professional with:
At least 5 years of industry experience (preferred).
A charismatic and confident personality alongside an exceptional work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
