We are recruiting a Health & Safety Officer on behalf of an established Main Contractor for a Cork-based position. This is a permanent role within our company.
About the ClientOur client is a respected Main Contractor with an impressive portfolio of work.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Report on the safety performance of project teams and subcontractors, providing recommendations to management.
- Oversee and review site performance across multiple sites.
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Assist in the compilation of Health & Safety Documentation.
- Educate personnel on their duties and responsibilities.
- Promote health-related risks and provide on-site training.
- Deliver HSE processes, procedures, standards, and systems.
- Maintain and preserve inspection records for all activities and plant equipment.
- Relevant qualification in a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Health & Safety.
