We are looking for a motivated Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join a growing program focused on advanced AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development, establishing strong enterprise-level relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This position suits a dedicated sales professional who thrives in a dynamic setting and excels in consultative, relationship-focused selling.

Duties and responsibilities

Generate and qualify high-value enterprise leads via outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.

Manage multiple strategic client relationships with consistent follow-ups aimed at fostering long-term partnerships.

Gain deep insight into customer needs to deliver customized solutions and outstanding service.

Navigate complex organizational structures to identify priorities and influence key decision-makers.

Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to implement effective sales tactics.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to discover new business possibilities.

Provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth client experience.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Actively participate in sales meetings and training to continuously improve skills and performance.

Requirements

Native or fluent German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese speaker with C1-level proficiency in English.

Proven success in outbound B2B sales, preferably within technology or SaaS sectors, with substantial experience in mid-market or enterprise sales.

Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experienced in building trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders, including executives and C‑suite leaders.

Confident communicator with consultative selling skills capable of articulating value propositions to executive audiences.

Proficient with sales technologies, including CRM and related tools.

Open to feedback and committed to continuous personal and professional growth.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to adapt quickly.

Highly motivated with a proactive and self‑driven work ethic.
