Associate – Commercial (Mid-Level), Dublin | Hybrid Working

We’re working with a fast-growing international law firm in Dublin who are seeking a Commercial Associate to join their dynamic team. This role offers exposure to high-quality work across commercial contracts, data protection, privacy, and digital regulation, with the opportunity to collaborate on complex cross-border projects.

The role:

- Be part of a multi-partner, international team advising clients across a wide range of sectors.
- Join a Dublin office that has grown rapidly since opening and continues to expand.

You:

- Advise on commercial contracts, privacy, IP transactions, consumer protection, AI, digital regulation, media, and cyber matters.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Dublin office and the wider international network.
- Coordinate and contribute to cross-border projects.
- Support business development initiatives and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor with solid legal training in a leading law firm, ideally 2/3 years PQE as a minimum
- Experience drafting contracts and advising on commercial and/or regulatory matters.
- Exposure to data protection, digital regulation, or technology-related work is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to grow your career within an international firm.
