Role Overview

The firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing property team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to advance their career within a progressive and client-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects.
Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documentation.
Conducting due diligence investigations, including title reviews and planning compliance.
Providing strategic advice on property finance transactions and liaising with financial institutions as required.
Managing relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated legal solutions tailored to client needs.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and market trends to provide informed advice.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
Strong technical knowledge of Irish property law and related regulatory frameworks.
Proven track record of managing complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and a client-centric approach.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
A proactive team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
