Overview Due to significant demand, we are seeking expressions of interest from ambitious Real Estate/Commercial Property Solicitors looking to advance their careers. We are recruiting at Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate, Of Counsel and Salary Partner levels for leading Irish and International firms.
Responsibilities Advising clients in relation to the acquisition, financing and disposal of properties
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for both landlords and tenants
Participating in property development transactions
Involvement in commercial property investment transactions and retail landlord and tenant work
Providing commercial real estate input to corporate transactions
Advising owner/occupiers on the acquisition of office, industrial and manufacturing premises
Handling acquisition, disposal and financing of single assets, asset portfolios, and loan portfolios
Maintaining strong technical and drafting skills
Managing all stages of commercial property transactions from start to completion
Working with initiative, both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications Strong academic background
Experience in transactional Commercial Real Estate/Commercial Property
Experience with acquisition, financing and disposal, leases, and development
