Senior Business Analyst Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Type: Permanent Salary: 80-90K (DOE) Overview A senior business analyst role within a global technology and analytics organisation operating in the professional services industry. The position focuses on delivering high impact digital products, strengthening analytical capabilities, and driving cross functional transformation initiatives. The remit includes strategic roadmap development, enterprise level change delivery, and continuous optimisation of user centric digital solutions. The role supports a complex, multinational stakeholder landscape and plays a critical part in advancing the organisation's digital strategy. Role Focus * Lead and define product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities * Collaborate across technology, business, UX, and analytics teams * Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, and roadmap planning * Manage and refine product backlogs across multiple initiatives * Oversee testing phases, UAT coordination, and defect management * Maintain high quality standards across all documentation and outputs * Support data analysis activities and continuous improvement initiatives * Build and manage key stakeholder relationships Requirements * Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner * Third level qualification or equivalent experience * Experience with digital products, platforms, and enterprise systems * Skilled in agile ceremonies, backlog management, and requirement definition * Experience with multidisciplinary teams including UX and architecture * Strong communication and stakeholder management capability * Design thinking and customer journey design exposure * Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages * Proven delivery of product and business change outcomes * Strong analytical and problem solving capability Why Join Permanent role within a global analytics and innovation centre.
