Senior Project Manager About Us: KRE Construction is a leading construction company delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and civil engineering projects across Ireland. We are now seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. Role Overview: As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance. Ensure all works comply with Irish building regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental policies. Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders. Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Identify risks, resolve issues promptly, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred). Minimum 5 years experience in project management with a main contractor in Ireland. Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and Health & Safety legislation. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, or equivalent. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Full, clean drivers licence required.
