Dublin, Ireland Trinny London Full time

Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our Mobile team with a focus on Ireland. A Trinny London Artist is the true heart of where everything happens. You’ll be responsible for embodying our mission of giving our customers the tools they need to be their best every day using our stackable, portable, curated makeup and our award-winning skincare. You’ll do this by combining your next-level artistry skills with impressive product knowledge and a passion for people. You believe in the product being accessible to everyone, and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of who you’re talking to.

Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines.

We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands. We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.

We live by three core values: bring fearless passion, act with smart intent and all wear yellow together. We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration.

The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

1. Travel across Ireland to support our existing teams and with new stores or pop-ups.
2. Conduct all types of services such as pre-booked appointments and walk-ups, ensuring that you deliver the Trinny London Match2Me experience to all.
3. Deliver impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer.
4. Embody Trinny London’s brand and style and pride yourself on knowing that your customers are returning back to you.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs. Feed on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.
6. Work with our education and training team to continually offer best-in-class makeup advice and services.
7. Stay up to date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, improve your product knowledge and elevate your artistry.
8. Drive sales in order to reach daily and monthly sales targets.
9. Assist your Business Manager and Assistant Manager with:

1. Planning events to increase sales and footfall.
2. Completing and distributing rotas.
3. Motivating and inspiring the team to improve their artistry & product knowledge.

These skills will help you go far in this role:

1. Experience in a retail makeup artist position, ideally within the luxury sector.
2. Passionate for makeup and skincare.
3. Experience with customer relationship management and data capture targets.
4. Adaptable and confident in an ever-changing, fast-paced, and high-pressured environment.
5. Positive and can-do attitude.
6. Strong communication and mathematical skills.
7. Comfortable and motivated by working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs.
8. Organised, punctual and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
9. Personable with a customer-centric mindset.

We always love to hear from anybody interested in the Trinny London team Although we are looking for the essential skills listed above for this role, we’re always keen to hear from ambitious individuals looking for their next challenge.

We want to provide our customers with the tools and confidence to be their best, and we do this for our team too through our benefits:

1. Welcome Trinny London Starter Stack.
2. Company discount for yourself (50%) and your friends and family (40%) after 3 month probation.
3. Competitive commission structure.
4. T-Parties = summer and festive celebrations
5. Rewards and Recognition Scheme (awarding length of service with gifts, vouchers and additional annual leave).

Equal Opportunities

We celebrate diversity in our customers, our products, and the teams we build. We champion inclusivity and want everyone to be the best versions of themselves.
