Following the successful launch of Sky Mobile in Ireland in recent months, we are searching for the right person to help take our Mobile business to the next level. This Mobile Controller role is responsible for delivering the Mobile commercial KPI's while working with key stakeholders to drive revenue and EBITDA growth, by maximising sales, minimising churn & maximising customer lifetime value. Given the highly competitive nature of the Mobile market, in Ireland, success in this role will require a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and growth levers within the market Your remit will encompass a forensic understanding of our Mobile base dynamics, budget & quarterly planning process, offer toolkit optimisation, and performance diagnosis across sales, churn, migrations, upgrades/downgrades including ARPU dilution. What you'll do: • Drive & deliver quarterly targets for Mobile across SIMs and Devices • Assist in the building of robust business plans to deliver on our Net Growth targets while focusing on customer needs and ensuring our RTM's are as optimised as possible • Manage our device launches and the tracking of device sales performance to provide insights and recommendations on how we can improve and develop our portfolio • Work closely with our Marketing, Trading and Channel teams to ensure Sky mobile is achieving our KPI's & targets • Work closely on offer strategy with your TV & BB counterparts to ensure a quad play focus where required and to maximise demand trends • Ensure alignment with our marketing plans and wider Sky Mobile strategic objectives • Drive continuous improvements in our commercial plans by seeking out and utilising market trends, customer data, analytics research and insights. • Design customer segment offers and propositions to retain, grow and engage our Mobile customers. • Work closely with Operations to identify and action customer sentiment and issues surfacing in Service and Save, to support continuous improvement • Provide regular performance updates and project updates to senior management as appropriate • Anticipate risk to quarterly targets and put actions in place to react and mitigate, bringing the wider business together to align on the best way forward for your Mobile area What you'll bring: • Deep understanding of the Irish Mobile market, preferably gained through first-hand experience in a commercial role. • Experience in KPI ownership and delivery essential • Self-starter: entrepreneurial, with restless curiosity and positive energy • Results oriented with hustle at the heart of your DNA. • Brilliant collaborator - able to work across a matrix organisation and ability to pull in the vital insight and reporting into one place; across the Routes To Market teams, trading teams and CSG • Credible and able to present to Director and C-level executives (at SKY) on a regular basis and to instil them with confidence and secure their support to deliver on their KPIs. • Decisive and delivery oriented: simplifying ambiguity and giving clear direction. • Confident with a high degree of commercial competence who will understand what's important to Sky, our customers and stakeholders and can use that to achieve the best outcome for all. • A passion for the customer, ensuring we do what's right for the customer every time.
