Our two-year Commercial Associate Graduate Programme is designed to immerse you in real-world experiences across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence. You’ll be part of an exciting future where your work directly impacts our iconic brands like Sensodyne, Voltaren, and Centrum. You’ll rotate through different teams, gaining exposure to various business functions and receiving coaching and mentoring every step of the way.

Throughout the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Work on impactful projects that contribute to our business goals and help improve the lives of our consumers.

- Lead initiatives that influence our strategy, operations, and customer relationships.

- Build strong communication and leadership skills as you collaborate with customers, internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners.

- Take ownership of your personal and professional development, with support from your managers and peers.

- Be part of a purpose-driven company that puts the consumer at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for talented graduates who are passionate about consumer healthcare and excited to take on new challenges. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Education Requirements:
