We are inviting placement students to join our team, working alongside our Partners and specialist departments to gain valuable hands-on experience. The Role: As an intern at Ifac, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals including Accountants, Tax Advisors, Auditors, Consultants, and Financial Planners. You will receive excellent training and support, with a dedicated mentor assigned to help you succeed and learn during your time with us. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing financial documents such as invoices, reports, and accounts. Help with data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records. Support the team with tasks related to tax returns, audits, and budgeting. Work with spreadsheets and accounting software to organize financial information. Communicate with clients and team members to gather or clarify financial details. Learn about accounting processes, standards, and tools used in daily work. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship activities to enhance professional development Provide general administrative support to the finance or accounting team You will be: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and will have o A desire to pursue an accountancy or professional services related career. o A proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. o A willingness to learn and grow professionally. o Highly organised with excellent time-management skills. o Experience in using Microsoft Office.
