Role: Counter-balance Driver/Warehouse Operative Salary: €15-16 per hour Duration: Full-time, Permanent Location: Dublin 22 Benefits: Structured working hours, competitive pay Counter-Balance Driver Renowned distribution company based in Dublin 22 is seeking a reliable, certified Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their warehouse team. This is a full-time position offering steady hours working 08:00 - 16:30 Monday-Thursday and 08:00 15:30 every Friday. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring goods are moved, stored, or handled efficiently. Your main responsibility is operating a counter-balance forklift to load or unload deliveries, transport materials within the warehouse, or assist with stock management. You are expected to perform manual handling tasks as part of your role. A valid manual handling certificate is essential for this position. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a commitment to safety with the ability to work as part of a team and individually. Youll be working in a fast-paced environment that requires you to be physically fit and capable of handling repetitive tasks Responsibilities: Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently. Load and unload goods from warehouse vehicles. Move stock carefully within designated warehouse areas. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient operations in line with company policies. Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues promptly. Adhere to all health and safety procedures at all times. Requirements: Valid Counter-Balance Forklift Driving licence. Manual Handling certificate. Previous experience in similar role is preferred.
