Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, acting as a trusted advisor on their financial and business needs.
2. Oversee accounting functions, including the preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS102 and IFRS. Handle corporation tax and income tax filings with accuracy and efficiency.
3. Ensure the timely preparation, completion, and submission of financial statements to Revenue and the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
4. Conduct thorough file reviews to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and properly maintained.
5. Lead, train, and support junior accountants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality performance.
6. Identify and address client challenges with tailored, effective solutions, enhancing client satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key Requirements
1. Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with relevant experience.
2. At least 2 years experience in the Irish market.
3. Background in an accountancy practice, managing client portfolios.
4. Strong knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS standards.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
