Production Operator

Overview A great opportunity has arisen for Production Operators. The positions exist in manufacturing and are for day roles. We do ask that applicants be open to working Shift. Successful applicants will be expected to be flexible across all operations on site as requested and relating to demand volumes. Applicants should have an understanding of Quality/cGMPs, Safety and Environmental regulations that impact production.
Responsibilities Work on the factory floor in the manufacture of API/tablet products
Complete material movements
Subdivide materials for different pack sizes
Load and unload material into vessels
GMP cleaning of the equipment and the facility
Operate Production equipment
Disassemble equipment and set up for processing and cleaning
Carry out process control monitoring checks
Qualifications Leaving Certificate or equivalent
An understanding of Quality/cGMPs, Safety and Environmental regulations that impact production
Demonstrated communication skills and proven track record of effective team working
Demonstrated understanding of API or Formulations Operations would be a significant advantage
Demonstrated knowledge of High potency products and processes
Demonstrated safety focus
Area Standard Operating Procedures and GMP
