Unijobs DAC are currently recruiting an Administrator for the Recruitment Office within the Human Resources Division, at the University of Limerick. The position is temporary, full time, working 35 hours per week. The rate of pay is starting at €18.59 per hour. The position is initially anticipated to be until the end of June 2026, with the possibility of extension thereafter. Job Description The purpose of this position is to provide high quality administrative support across all areas of Recruitment in the HR Division. The role will involve interaction with internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within HR and of working in a confidential and collaborative environment. The key roles and responsibilities are as follows: Delivery of a high-quality efficient HR service to all our customers. Publishing advertisements for all roles throughout the University i.e. Academic, Support and Research Staff positions. Scheduling interviews to include all the logistics involved in a recruitment campaign. Identify opportunities for continual improvement in our service delivery and to increase customer satisfaction. Prioritise work and ensure commitments are met on time in line with Division deadlines, goals & objectives and the University Strategic plans. Liaise and communicate with stakeholder both internal and external to the University. Dealing with and always ensuring confidentiality with Recruitment and HR correspondence and information. Participating in the HR Division's quality improvement process (Quality Management System). Co-ordinate and complete tasks/duties assigned in a team-based environment. Change, adaptability and flexibility are a key responsibility of this evolving role. This list is not exhaustive other duties or responsibilities may be assigned by the Recruitment Manager or Executive Administrator from time to time. Essential Requirements: Demonstrated commitment to customer service. Experience in a wide variety of MS Office applications. Highly proficient in information packages e.g. Core HR, Docuware, SharePoint and BI reports. Demonstrable high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with evidence of being an effective team member. Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative, and high levels of self-motivation. A flexible approach to work. Minimum of two years relevant work experience in a Recruitment/HR environment. Experience of working in a busy environment and working to tight deadlines. Leaving Certificate or equivalent. Desirable Requirements: Knowledge of UL and Recruitment/HR Policies & Procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
