As an Ecommerce Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Your actions and decisions consistently resonate with the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. At CTC, your trained expertise is invaluable, covering the entire spectrum of CTC's Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition. You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. Responsibilities Drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. Lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into growth. Maintain clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations to build trust and partnerships. Set the benchmark for performance marketing, advocating for best-in-class strategies and tools to drive results. Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused approach. Operate within CTC's Prophet system and Growth Map practices to achieve client goals. Onboarding - align with the Brain Trust for ideas, collaborate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist), manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, and maintain data integrity across Statlas. Quality of Work - maintain a 5% delta to the forecast, align daily with client strategy, ensure high client satisfaction, and execute Prophet system tasks on schedule. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range - First month: $2,000; Second month: $4,000; Third month: around $7,000/month; 1st Year: $64,000-$76,000; 2nd Year: $100,000-$120,000. Note: depends on client load and performance. Growth & Transparency - growth clearly defined, weekly performance dashboard, pay transparency with clear promotion path. Location - Fully remote with flexible schedule, regular 1:1 feedback, and weekly accountability checks.
