Oversee operational execution within the country, ensuring compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements.
Track delivery against agreed KPIs/OKRs and champion continuous improvement through strong reporting and performance management.

Requirements
Significant experience in senior commercial, ecommerce or general management roles within a consumer‑facing business.
Proven success launching and scaling digital propositions in new or evolving markets.
Strong understanding of financial planning and performance management, ideally with experience working closely with finance teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across product, marketing, technology and operations.
Experience managing suppliers, partners and commercial agreements within competitive markets.
Commercially astute with evidence of improving trading performance, conversion and revenue growth.
Skilled in using data and analytics to inform decision‑making, segmentation, personalisation and optimisation.
Strong leadership capability, with a track record of developing teams and fostering high performance.
Ability to operate effectively in fast‑moving and dynamic environments; resilient, adaptable and solutions‑driven.
Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to engage senior stakeholders and represent the business externally.
Experience in regulated or publicly‑listed environments.
Exposure to multinational contexts or global operating models.
Market knowledge in travel, retail, hospitality or leisure.
37.5 hours per week.
