We’re looking for a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and resilient leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a best-in-class recruitment strategy aligned with organisational goals and future workforce needs.

Inspire, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing team of 12–15 Talent Acquisition Team Members and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Partner with senior management team to forecast hiring needs and design scalable recruitment solutions.

Champion Dovida’s employer brand and ensure strong positioning within local communities and the wider market.

Design and implement a 12-month sourcing and attraction plan in collaboration with Marketing and local offices.

Lead community engagement, events, and networking initiatives to establish Dovida as an employer of choice.

Leverage digital platforms and creative sourcing strategies to proactively build caregiver talent pipelines.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring compliance, consistency, and high candidate satisfaction.

Identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements through systems such as Fountain and ATS platforms.

Collaborate cross-functionally to provide insights on recruitment trends and caregiver readiness.

Track and analyse recruitment KPIs, translating insights into clear action plans for improvement.

Deliver regular reports and strategic updates to the Director of Operations.

Introduce feedback loops and candidate satisfaction surveys to continually enhance recruitment quality.

Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices across the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior recruitment leadership role, ideally within high-volume or healthcare recruitment, and a total of 10 years career in recruitment operations.

Proven track record of leading and developing recruitment teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS, and modern sourcing tools.

Relevant HR or recruitment qualification (e.g., CIPD, HRM, or equivalent).

Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
