About the Role: As a Sales Executive, youll guide customers through their car-buying journey from understanding their needs and showcasing vehicles to arranging test drives and closing deals. You'll be active both in our showroom and online, using social media to promote stock and generate leads. Youll be supported by a collaborative sales team and a hands-on Sales Manager who values growth, initiative, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets Promote new and pre-owned vehicles Upsell finance, warranties, and value-added services What Were Looking For: Previous sales experience (an advantage, not essential) A genuine passion for cars and the motor industry Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable using social media for engagement and sales Goal-oriented, positive, and proactive Full, clean drivers licence What We Offer: OTE €45k €70k (Base salary + commission) Comprehensive training and ongoing development Genuine opportunities for career progression Company pension scheme Excellent work-life balance Discounted gym membership Regular team events and a positive workplace culture Ready to Apply?
