Tasks
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team in a client-facing role, working within our dedicated Customer Success Team to ensure exceptional service and high client retention.
This is an entry-level role with in-depth training and mentorship provided to equip you with the consultative and technical skills needed to succeed in customer success within the B2B tech-for-sustainability and startup space.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Client Communication & Support: Be a contact for site-level inquiries, providing quick and effective support on technical and operational issues related to our food waste management system.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and conduct site-level meetings, including one-on-one sessions, and collaborate with the team on client reporting.
- External Reporting: Take the lead on producing and distributing essential client reports, including monthly updates, quarterly reviews, and project progress reports.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address and solve client challenges using a consultative approach to guide them on the best use of our solution to manage their food waste.
- Project Management: Work with customers on their food waste journey, from onboarding and the initial 6-month action plan to the ongoing maintenance stage.
- Customer Health Monitoring: Monitor key customer health indicators, such as product usage and data quality, taking proactive action to ensure client success.
- Documentation & Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, health status, and key information within the CRM.
Requirements
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
Education:
- A Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience (Entry Level):
- Prior experience in a role where you were the primary point of contact for clients (e.g., Customer Success Representative, Account Coordinator, Client Service Associate).
- Experience handling inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experience helping people troubleshoot technical or system issues.
Skills:
- Objection Handling & Problem-Solving: The ability to navigate and resolve client issues with confidence.
- Time Management & Organisation: A highly organised individual who can manage multiple client needs and priorities simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consultative Approach: The ability to guide and advise clients on the best solutions for their specific needs.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience working in a contract catering or food service environment.
