We are delighted to partner with a respected nursing home in Co. Kilkenny to recruit an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to lead and support their dedicated care team. Requirements: Active NMBI registration Minimum of 1 years experience working as a CNM in a nursing home environment Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Sound clinical judgment and decision-making ability Proven ability to inspire and manage teams while working autonomously Commitment to promoting excellence in care and teamwork Eligibility to work in Ireland Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance high standards of nursing and social care in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies Manage all aspects of medication administration, compliance, and audit processes in partnership with GPs and pharmacies Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to nursing and care staff, encouraging professional growth and continuous learning Conduct and monitor clinical, environmental, and medication audits, ensuring action plans are implemented effectively Act as a key point of contact for residents and their families, ensuring clear communication and compassionate care at all times Interested in taking the next step in your career?
