Project Manager - Change 6 Months Dublin One of our large Finanicla services clients is currently looking for a project manager with Change management This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the organisation in response to strategic, discretionary, and mandated initiatives. The key purpose of the role is to partner with Operations, Technology, and the business to implement multiple and varied change initiatives providing a great opportunity for knowledge expansion and creating an extensive network of professional contacts. The role will be as a Project Manager working in the EMEA Reference Data Management team within Global Markets. For some projects, the team manages the initiative from inception through to implementation (such as production of a business case and requirements and co-ordination of user acceptance testing) feeding into a larger program of work. Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the project lifecycle: Problem analysis and definition Developing project schedules and milestones Drive the end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the intended project solution, including requirements gathering, data mapping, project execution, integration and implementation. Manage the creation of Jira stories; ensuring the documentation from requirements to implementation meet the enterprise change standards maintaining traceability. Identifying and managing project risks and issues Developing and implementing testing strategies Co-ordinating activities across all stakeholder groups Communication to stakeholder groups reporting on progress against plan, RAIDS and budget utilization (via working groups, governance etc.) Conducting post-implementation reviews in order to draw out lessons learnt and ensure benefit realization Participating in the continuous improvement of change management processes and quality standards Requirements: experience working in Global Market Operations and/or project or change management Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with individuals across the organisation Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills Inquisitive mind-set with a strong desire for process improvement Experience of the Agile software delivery methodology and Jira will be advantageous. Executive reporting and presentation skills will be advantageous. Skills: Project Manager operations banking change
