Summary:

The Project Engineer Consultant will provide technical process design support for bioprocess systems in new Process Area CAPEX projects. They will oversee the design, procurement, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with Regeneron specifications

Responsibilities:

- Generate User Requirement Specifications (URS) and review Basis of Design (BOD) documents.
- Approve detailed designs (PFDs, P&IDs) and procurement packages, ensuring equipment meets specifications.
- Track and implement action items from HAZOP studies.
- Attend design reviews and ensure systems meet operational, safety, and ergonomic standards.
- Review and approve system lifecycle documentation and vendor documents.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), ensuring protocols meet specifications.
- Build Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks and spare parts lists in the CMMS.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in biopharmaceutical process equipment design and commissioning.
- Experience with DeltaV is desirable.
