Employment Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE) – Dublin

Description: We are hiring for our client, a prestigious international law firm, who are launching a new Employment Law team in Dublin and seeking to recruit an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE). The Employment Solicitor will play a key role in shaping the team, working closely with partners across global offices.

The Role:

- Advise on a broad range of employment law matters (advisory, contentious, and transactional support)

- Support international clients on Irish employment law issues and global projects

- Draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

- Represent clients in employment disputes and regulatory investigations

- Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA and the UK on cross-border matters

The Person:

- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE) in Ireland or the UK with a background in employment law

- Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and dispute resolution

- Excellent communication and drafting skills

- Experience advising employer-side clients preferred

- Ambitious, team-oriented, and excited by a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
