Overview

The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for grey utility systems for a leading pharmaceutical client in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to manage an existing team to deliver an exciting project.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement commissioning plans for utility systems, including water, steam, compressed air, and HVAC.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and validation of utility systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage commissioning schedules and resources to meet project deadlines.
- Identify and resolve issues during the commissioning process.
- Document and report commissioning activities and results.
- Provide training and support to operations and maintenance staff.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in commissioning and qualification within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in commissioning tools and software.
