Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Advisor, based in Dublin with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Technical Advisor will provide expert technical support, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical problems, communicating with customers and teams, and ensuring high satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Exceptional Customer Service abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Relevant technical certifications or degrees are a plus
Experience in the construction or industrial materials sector is advantageous
