Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor
Due to continued expansion, one of Europe’s highly regarded main contractors is seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join our team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to contribute to large-scale construction projects while promoting a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the company’s EHS Management System across the project.
Promote a positive health & safety culture with site management, contractors, and workers.
Monitor EHS compliance on site through inspections and audits; issue weekly reports.
Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
Influence, support, and coach site teams in adopting and maintaining best-practice EHS standards.
Requirements
Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred).
8+ years’ experience in health & safety roles.
Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred).
Proven ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
