As a result of strong demand from Volkswagen customers we are seeking to recruit an experienced Switchboard Operator to join our team as we expand to become the first choice for Volkswagen in Dublin. Due to continued expansion we are looking for a professional and productive Contact Centre Advisor to work within our existing customer service team based in Sandyford. We are looking for an individual that has experience in optimising the customer experience through inbound and outbound calls within a busy contact centre environment. We are looking for a self-starter, who is performance driven and customer focused. The successful candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and an ability to balance high call volumes and customer service excellence. The role will be based within the Contact Centre reporting to the Contact Centre Manager. As a key point of contact within the business for the customer this is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in a successful and expanding environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with inbound and outbound call activity with our existing customers - To help deliver customer satisfaction scores in line with Volkswagen and Frank Keane Group standards. To identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through an evidence based approach to blockage identification. Promote the sale of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding the vehicle and associated service requirements. Requirements 1 year of telesales/customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment (not industry specific). Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance and work ethic. Ability to upsell from a core product base. Strong oral and written communication skills.
