Maps Reporting Specialist with Flemish (available ASAP)

Responsibilities:

- Review maps data to assess business information accuracy based on client policies.
- Engage with businesses, predominantly via quick outbound phone calls, to verify their business information.
- Update client platforms based on verified information.
- Make well-balanced decisions based on market-specific knowledge.

Requirements:

- Customer service experience.
- English language knowledge minimum B2/C1 level.
- Flemish language knowledge minimum B2/C1 level.
- Good written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to apply judgment on the job and effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Good time management, prioritization, and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
