About the Role

We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a highly capable and experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of our financial operations. This is a strategic role for someone who understands the dynamics of MSP businesses and can bring financial clarity, discipline, and insight to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.

- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Lead the preparation of annual accounts and liaise with external auditors.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

- Implement and maintain financial controls and processes.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with department heads to monitor and manage budgets.

- Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a financial management role within an MSP or SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and project-based accounting.

- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
