This is a newly created Tax Senior role, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with the Tax Partner and contribute to the continued growth and development of the firms tax offering. Key Responsibilities Work directly with the Tax Partner to deliver both compliance and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio. Lead a variety of tax advisory projects while remaining actively involved in compliance activities. Manage and review the delivery of tax services to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, assisting in their training and development. Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing proactive tax planning advice and identifying opportunities for value-added services. Requirements Qualified Tax Professional (AITI / Chartered Tax Advisor) with a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA). Minimum 45 years post-qualification experience within a medium-sized Irish accountancy practice. Strong technical knowledge and experience in both tax compliance and advisory work. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver practical, commercially focused tax advice.
