CPL Healthcare is proud to partner with a leading Social Care provider dedicated to supporting Separated Children Seeking International Protection through residential services.

We are now accepting applications from experienced Social Care Professionals for the position of Deputy Person in Charge at a Residential Care Home based in Tullamore.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and multidisciplinary team committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable young people. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated staff team, ensuring high-quality care and support in line with best practices.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable management experience in a similar setting
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a team effectively
- Experience in working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong background in providing care to young persons, ideally in a community-based setting
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills
