Deine Aufgaben

Du entwickelst interaktive E-Learning-Kurse und Blended-Learning-Formate, die nicht nur didaktisch durchdacht, sondern auch methodisch auf dem neuesten Stand sind.

Du erstellst Lerninhalte, die sowohl optisch als auch pädagogisch überzeugen – mit einem Gespür für moderne Lehr- und Lernmethoden.

Autorentools wie Articulate, Captivate oder Camtasia gehören für dich zum täglichen Handwerkszeug – du wählst das passende Tool je nach Anforderung und setzt es effizient ein.

Du arbeitest eng mit Fachexperten sowie Grafik- und Videoproduktionsteams zusammen, um komplexe Inhalte verständlich und ansprechend aufzubereiten.

Du hast ein Auge für Details und sorgst mit Qualitätssicherung und Evaluation dafür, dass die Lernmodule auch wirklich das leisten, was sie sollen.

Du berätst unsere Kunden rund um innovative Lernmethoden und Technologien und zeigst ihnen, wie digitales Lernen heute geht.

Das bringst Du mit

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Bildungswissenschaften, Mediendidaktik, Instructional Design oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung digitaler Lernformate
- Sicherer Umgang mit E-Learning-Autorentools (z. B. Articulate, Captivate, Moodle)
- Verständnis für Storytelling, Gamification und interaktive Lernformate
- Kreativität, ein gutes Gespür für Design und Benutzerfreundlichkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Interesse an neuen Technologien und digitalen Trends
