Are you ready to reimagine how retail space works? We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Store Format & Space Planning Manager to lead the charge on retail layout innovation across a nationwide store network. If you thrive on maximising retail real estate, turning data into design, and making every square metre count — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead a team in delivering best-in-class space planning and store layouts (30+Stores)

Own the “space to sales” ratio — optimising both micro and macro space strategy

Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, category, and store ops

Design layout plans using Blue Yonder and AutoCAD to support business growth

Create KPIs to commercialise planning performance

Drive promotional and core merchandising effectiveness, customer flow, and compliance

Present strategy and ROI on space projects to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of retail/FMCG space planning leadership

Proficiency with Blue Yonder (CKB) and AutoCAD

Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills

Eye for detail and a nose for opportunity with strong visual understanding of space, layout and planograms

Team leadership with proven experience in process and budget management
