Your Key Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and lead an experienced retail team

• Build a high-performing, supportive store culture

• Provide regular training and feedback to encourage growth and succession

• Drive sales and exceed targets through KPI setting and team motivation

• Use commercial insight to influence product focus and visual merchandising

• Deliver exceptional customer service – every time

Operational Excellence

• Oversee smooth day-to-day store operations

• Manage rotas, compliance, reporting, and all stock-related processes

• Ensure store standards reflect the brand’s premium positioning

• Proven experience in retail store management, ideally within a customer service-led or lifestyle environment

• A natural leader who’s hands-on, proactive, and people-focused

• Strong commercial skills with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

• Confident with stock management, compliance, and retail operations
