About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to guide and support one or more Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will be an experienced facilitator, coach, and servant-leader who can foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Support, coach, and guide Agile teams to optimise delivery flow and maximise value.
- Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear requirements, prioritisation, and alignment with goals.
- Maintain Agile artefacts such as backlogs, delivery trackers, and visual radiators.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
- Promote the adoption of Agile principles and practices across the organisation.
- Encourage a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance.

Skills & Experience

- 8+ years' experience in Agile delivery, including substantial time as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar.
- Professional Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II) highly desirable.
- Proficient in Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Skilled in facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
