CPL Healthcare is seeking applications for the role of Regional Manager for an established Disability Residential and Specialist Autism service.

This is a newly established role, reporting into The Director of Service and will be essential in leading and supporting operational managers in service delivery, governance, and compliance across their Cork city and County services.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:

  • A relevant qualification in Social Care or healthcare related discipline.
  • Significant operational experience in managing and/or delivering a complex service within the area of health or social care
  • Experience of managing and working collaboratively with others as relevant to the role
  • Experience in team management and development
  • The requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the role.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
  • Access to own transport
