Successful candidate will report to the Director of Service and is critical in ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership within the service.

Successful candidate will be:

Leading and supporting operational managers in service delivery, governance, and compliance.Ensuring services align with regulatory requirements, company policies, and budgetary constraints.Managing performance, resource allocation, and financial controls.Fostering a person-centred approach in line with our clients' Model of Care.Driving team collaboration and effective communication across stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate will have:

A qualification in Social Care or relevantSignificant experience in managing complex health or social care services.Strong leadership skills with a track record in team management and development.Proven ability in budget oversight, compliance, and operational efficiency.Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.Full eligibility to work in Ireland and access to transport for the role.
