Summary:
We’re currently looking for Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team based in Dublin. As part of our mission to redefine consumer insights, you’ll play a critical role in driving Bounce's growth by sparking meaningful conversations with prospective clients and creating opportunities for our Account Executives.
What you’ll work on:
1. Proactively reach out to targeted prospects through a mix of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to spark interest in Bounce’s offerings.
2. Develop, present, and implement strategies for acquiring new business.
3. Collaborate with Account Executives to generate meetings, creating high-value opportunities that directly contribute to our revenue goals.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with various Bounce teams.
5. Build relationships with prospects to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Bounce can solve them through tailored insights solutions.
6. Have a strong understanding of Bounce’s value proposition and product.
7. Master the process of identifying strategic accounts using tools like Hubspot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
8. Organize a multi-channel approach to prospecting and maximize efforts by balancing personalization and scale.
9. Efficiently and gracefully counter objections, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.
10. Use Hubspot to track activity, manage pipelines, and consistently achieve key performance metrics (KPIs).
11. Learn and master consultative sales techniques (MEDDIC) to effectively communicate the value of Bounce to prospective customers.
12. Stay informed about the consumer insights landscape, identifying unique opportunities to engage new clients.
What you’ll bring:

7. Have stellar problem-solving skills, and an enthusiasm for succeeding alongside teammates.
8. Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to make an impact at a scale-up.
9. Comfortable with being able to learn from rejection.
10. Be comfortable with working many accounts at once, and tailoring messaging to many different industries and segments.
11. A willingness to fall forward. You bring and test ideas — even if it means don’t always land perfectly, but you iterate and try again.
12. Strong attention to detail. You can dive into the weeds with the team and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details.

Serious bonus points if you have:
1. Background in business development, sales, market research, elite level sport or related field experience.
2. Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology company.
3. Ability to work across many different parts of the organisation to get things done.
4. Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of new and existing accounts.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment.
6. Knowledge of Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Nav and Apollo.
