Adecco: HR Manager Location: Dublin West Salary: €50,0000 - €52,000 We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR professional. Our client, a leading wholesaler and distributor, due to business growth, is hiring for a Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in HR and looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for full ownership of all HR Functions within the business. Main Duties: * Address all employee HR queries regarding company policies, contracts, benefits and all HR related items. * Oversee and process payroll * Maintain and coordinate training requirements across the company * Manage recruitment processes, from advertising roles to onboarding new hires. * Conduct and support performance evaluations, salary reviews, and remuneration benchmarking. * Manage disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practises. * Update and maintain employee records in line with GDPR requirements. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * A CIPD qualification * Previous years' experience in a HR Generalist role. * Experience in a standalone HR position or SME environment is a plus. * Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practises. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. * A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
