We are seeking a Director of Human Resources for a dynamic and fast-paced Customer Engagement Center in Cork. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead and drive innovative HR strategies. What You'll Do:

As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the site’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with global and area HR objectives.

Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession strategies, and performance management initiatives.

Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement programs, champion diversity, and promote a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

Compensation & Benefits: Lead total compensation strategy, benefits planning, and payroll processes in partnership with Finance.

Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure the site’s compliance with legal and organizational policies, including immigration, payroll, and audit requirements.

HR Excellence: Review and enhance HR practices for operational efficiency, data accuracy, and overall HR service delivery.

Team Development: Mentor and develop the HR team, ensuring their capabilities align with evolving business needs.

Who You Are:

A proven HR leader with experience managing HR operations in a multi-site environment.

CIPD qualified with a solid foundation in HR strategy, talent management, and Irish employee relations.

Adept at driving change and leading initiatives that positively impact employees and organisational goals.

Skilled in compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.

A natural collaborator with excellent communication and coaching skills.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Expertise in HR systems and processes, with a focus on operational excellence.

Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards in Ireland.

Passion for building high-performing teams and fostering career growth.
