This role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of exceptional home care services across Ireland. Position Overview: As a Healthcare Supervisor at All In Care, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of care within our organisation. This position requires a candidate with a strong healthcare background, supervisory experience, and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. The primary focus of this role is to support, develop, and oversee our care team to provide outstanding in-home care services, allowing our clients to maintain their independence and well-being. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: €35,000 per annum Full-time, Permanent Position Company Car Mileage and Expenses Coverage Rotational Weekend Work 4 Weeks Paid Holidays per Annum (pro rata) Comprehensive Training and Development Support Opportunities for Career Advancement Within All In Care Work Mobile Phone Key Responsibilities: Community: Conduct spot checks with healthcare assistants within the community. Perform client reviews to ensure the quality of care. Facilitate staff introductions in accordance with company policies. Oversee staff shadowing, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety protocols. Handle emergency situations, including rapid response for new packages and discharges. Evaluate and monitor the quality of care provided to clients and promptly report concerns. Support and assist in the development of the care team. Collect journal notes from clients' residences. Deliver Careplans, log sheets, and gloves as required. Distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to clients. Office: Update online system documentation, including reviews and spot checks. Develop a weekly plan by scheduling reviews and confirming with Next of Kin and clients. Establish a system for conducting spot checks with healthcare staff. Maintain organized paperwork filing. Provide support to coordinators in handling uncovered tasks during emergencies. Attend weekly check-in meetings with teams as required. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Relevant health or social care background. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare. Full QQI Level 5 Major award in Healthcare Support. Level 6 qualification in Supervisory Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Possession of a Full Clean Driving License and access to a car. Desirable Qualifications and Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
