We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

1. Oversee Suppliers and Service Providers activities, ensuring they meet contracted obligations in a safe, effective, and efficient manner, and seek opportunities for improvement.
2. Assist with the preparation and control of department and facility-related operational budgets.
3. Be available as part of the after-hours Facilities Emergency Contact rota.
4. Act as the go-to person for all facilities, project, fit-out, and crisis management activities on site, ensuring timely solutions and the identification and removal of potential roadblocks.
5. Develop close working relationships with client key stakeholders and all facilities management vendors to ensure they fully understand the client culture and become partners in delivering high-quality service.
6. Address minor technical repairs and serve as the first point of contact for all building issues, including out-of-hours escalations.
7. Be the point of contact for the client to log issues.
8. Monitor PPM schedules, O&M’s, warranties, Task System, Asset & Life Cycle Registers.
9. Ensure health and safety during events, including supervising contractors and reviewing H&S documentation.

Facilities Management, Property Management, Construction Management, or similar qualification is desired but not required.

Trades background with previous experience in facilities, maintenance, property, or construction management is an advantage.
