About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We’re looking for an experienced IT Program Specialist to join our global IT team, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. This hybrid role combines project coordination, process optimization, and hands-on technical work to enhance our IT infrastructure and operations.

This is a full-time position based out of our Dublin office.

Technologies You’ll Use

Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Intune, Coupa, Ironclad, Trelica, Slack, macOS, Windows, Jira

Responsibilities

- Lead company-wide IT initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Conduct access audits for internal systems and ensure compliance with security policies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate IT operations activities and facilitate communication across teams
- Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and service quality
- Manage vendor relationships and support contract negotiations and renewals
- Provide procurement support using enterprise tools and coordinate IT asset management
- Support general IT operations including user support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and management
- Hands-on experience with Identity Providers (Okta preferred) and user access management
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Strong knowledge of macOS systems and enterprise environments
- Experience with procurement and vendor management software (Coupa experience a plus)
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional team environments
