- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3 years of experience in technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.

- 3 years of experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).

- Experience with Data, SQL and web technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in advanced measurement solutions like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality.

- Experience working with Application programming interface (API) setup and architecture.

- Experience in working with clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Israel, Turkey and other EMEA emerging markets.

- Knowledge of Digital advertising and Measurement platforms such as Google analytics, adobe analytics or similar tools.

- Ability to communicate in French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese fluently as this role requires interaction with the clients.

As a Measurement Specialist within the gTech Ads Solution Team, our mission is to empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients to achieve business outcomes through data-driven measurement. In this role, you will partner with clients, agencies and internal gTech sales teams to provide scaled support to build measurement readiness. This includes assessing and preparing clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection and accurately track performance against key indicators. You will help clients to maximize value from Google's products and shape the future of measurement.

Responsibilities

- Identify customer measurement readiness needs by analyzing business plans, goals and strategic direction.

- Evaluate third-party partner ecosystem and client tech infrastructure while maintaining privacy.

- Collaborate in designing and delivering joint service plans for scoped initiatives.

- Prepare clients for infrastructure implementation by addressing data gaps and enhancing collection methods.

- Validate measurement products by executing POCs with sales and advertiser teams.
