Due to continued expansion, we now require a Site Manager for a full-time role based in Limerick and Galway.

The role of the Site Manager is to ensure efficient management of a building site, to provide a safe working environment, and adhere to workplace Health and Safety requirements, while maximising productivity.

Delivery of high-quality projects, snag free on time and on budget.

Main Responsibilities:

· Reporting to the Contracts Manager to perform all duties as agreed

· Front-line management of all industrial relations matters

· Ensuring compliance and completion of all company procedures and all contractual commitments are achieved

· Workplace Health and Safety Management and implementation (Safety Manuals)

· Minimum of 5 years practical experience managing construction sites

· RC frame & Fitouts experience required.
