Dublin, Ireland GPC Finance Full time

Opportunity for a Payroll Associate to join a growing, Top 10 firm in Dublin. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing and auto-enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients. Build strong client relationships, collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers, and support junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee payroll processing, compliance, and ERR submissions.
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Review payrolls, ensure accuracy, and streamline processes.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and assist the Payroll Manager.
- Stay updated through regular training on legislative and system changes.
- Handle client queries and generate financial/operational reports.

Ideal Candidate

- 2+ years of payroll experience (EuroPay or similar system).
- IPASS qualification preferred; payroll bureau experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, pensions, benefits, and statutory payments.
- Ability to manually calculate payroll with high accuracy.
- Excellent multitasking, client management, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and auto-enrolment regulations.
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
