Opportunity for a Global Mobility and Employment Tax Senior Associate to join a global leader in mobility services. As the only stand-alone global mobility business, they offer a unique opportunity for clients, stakeholders, and employees.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional to advise clients on employment tax, global mobility, social security, and personal income tax matters. This role involves providing strategic guidance on cross-border employment complexities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on employee and employer tax and social security implications.
- Develop workforce tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
- Provide insights on global mobility programs and tax considerations.
- Oversee tax aspects of mobility, including equalization, protection, and planning.
- Manage tax disputes and resolve mobility-related challenges.
- Assess and mitigate permanent establishment risks across jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure employment tax compliance.
- Deliver training sessions on workforce tax matters.
- Build strong client relationships to support long-term business success.
Ideal candidate:
- Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) – Irish Tax Institute
- Tax & Social Security Knowledge – Strong understanding of Irish employment tax, PAYE, PRSI, USC, and international tax treaties.
- Global Mobility Expertise – Experience with expatriate taxation, cross-border employment, and mobility policies.
- Compliance & Advisory Skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary €55k – €65k
